In the four-year basic vocational training as a Geomatician EFZ with a focus on Geoinformatics, you record spatial information and create plans and maps.In the four-year basic vocational training as a Geomatician EFZ, you record spatial data and create plans. Your tasks include:
- Surveying utility lines with GNSS and total station
- Creating, maintaining and updating GIS data for the documentation of electricity, gas, water and district heating supply lines
- Providing plans and giving line information to external and internal customers
- Evaluating and analysing data
Your Profile
- Completed compulsory school with very good grades in mathematics, geometry, technical drawing and computer science
- Good spatial imagination and enjoyment of careful work
- Team player and willing to learn
- Enjoy working on the computer as well as outdoors
