Procedural Assistant 80 - 100%The Public Prosecutor's Office II of the Canton of Zurich conducts criminal investigations against adults in the areas of cybercrime and organised crime as well as special investigations (including official offences, corruption, offences against the state).
We are looking for a motivated individual for our dedicated team at the Police and Justice Centre Zurich from 1 June 2026 or by arrangement as a Procedural Assistant 80 - 100%.
Job Description
As an assistant to an investigating public prosecutor, you will take on all secretarial and administrative tasks. You will independently manage the secretariat. You will be responsible for organising and recording interrogations and the administrative preparation of resolutions, and you will liaise with authorities, parties, and third parties. The role requires independence and the ability to work in a team.
Requirements
You have completed commercial training. Your high typing skills and impeccable, confident German are a matter of course. In addition, you have good IT user skills. Ideally, you have a strong affinity for the internet and IT and can communicate in English.
You work independently, reliably, and flexibly. Integrity and discretion are self-evident to you, and you have an interest in criminal prosecution. You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility, resilience, and organisational flair. You always find the right tone when dealing with parties involved in proceedings and interface partners.
