- Creating technical concepts in collaboration with our development departments and external partners/suppliers
- Professional leadership of the technical project team, execution of projects according to RUAG process
- Recognizing the impact of change requests from internal and external customers and handling them according to recognized change management methods
- Ensuring and reporting the metrics Time, Cost, and Quality in development projects
This is what you bring
- Completed studies (FH/HF) in the field of mechanical / electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Further training in project management, preferably certified according to: IPMA B or C; PMI; Hermes 2022
- Experience in the military environment is an advantage
- Very good communication, organizational and leadership skills as well as an independent and proactive working style
- High quality awareness, commitment, willingness to perform and flexible personality
- Very good German and English skills
