What you will do with us:
- You will care for and support clients at home - friendly and professionally.
- You will manage the care process as case management.
- You will work closely with other nursing professionals in a team.
What you bring:
- You have completed vocational training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH and preferably bring the further education "CAS in Palliative Care" or are willing to complete it.
- You have practical experience in specialized Palliative Care and preferably already have Spitex experience.
- You work independently and responsibly.
- You possess pronounced professional and social competence and are resilient.
- You can express yourself appropriately, differentiated, and understandably.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- You have a driver's license category B.
