Your Contribution
- Identifying and handling agreement and legal recourses, especially in the areas of accident and property insurance
- Processing recourse cases under Swiss and foreign law
- Clarifying facts and answering legal questions in the areas of liability and coordination law as well as international private law
- Conducting negotiations with Swiss private and social insurers as well as with foreign insurers and/or their legal representatives
- Instructing and accompanying your own lawyers or claims settlement partners abroad
- If interested, there is also the possibility to participate in projects
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Commercial training in insurance or equivalent training with experience in handling liability (personal) claims
- Customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Excellent written and spoken German skills, knowledge of Italian and/or French is an advantage
- Enjoyment in negotiating with domestic and foreign insurers and partners
- Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
