Employee Technical and Materials Management 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Management of technical materials and spare parts in SAP

• Correct creation as well as booking in and out of items

• Ensuring clean and accurate inventory management

• Assisting with maintenance, repair and troubleshooting work on technical systems

• Support with maintenance work on buildings and surroundings

• Placing orders for spare parts, operating materials and workshop supplies according to specifications

• Care and organisation of technical warehouses in cooperation with technical and goods warehouse teams

• Collaboration and coordination with internal departments (e.g. technical, purchasing)

What do I need to be successful?

• Basic technical training (e.g. mechanic or equivalent)

• Ideally some initial professional experience in a technical environment

• Interest in materials, technology and practical work

• Basic PC skills (SAP, Windows, MS Office advantageous)

• German spoken and written

• Reliable, precise and independent working style

• Team spirit, motivation and flexibility

• Willingness to actively participate in day-to-day operational business
