Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing
Activities
- Independent creation of programs using CAM (Top Solid) for milling machines (Heidenhain) and turning milling centers
- Adjusting and optimizing existing programs
- Creation and maintenance of setup sheets and documentation of manufacturing strategy
- Support in setting up CNC milling machines
- Support and deputize team members
Requirements
- Completed basic training as a polymechanic specializing in milling or turning
- Several years of professional experience in CNC milling or turning Fanuc control up to 5-axis
- CAM programming knowledge advantageous Top Solid
