For Klima SA, a company within the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Safety and Quality Manager Romandie 80% in Villars-Ste-Croix.
Your mission
Position based in Lausanne (Villars-Sainte-Croix)
Safety - 60%
- Support and advice on occupational safety and health (OSH)
- Training of staff and managers on safety rules
- Analysis of occupational accidents, establishment and monitoring of corrective measures if necessary
- Control of compliance with OSH regulations
- Site visits and audits
- Management of PPE
- Management of premises with periodic checks on sites (fire extinguishers, emergency exits, etc.)
- Primary contact for questions related to OSH
IMS audit and monitoring – 20%
- Preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits (site, office)
- Management and monitoring of the IMS
- Quality system - ISO 14000 and 9001
- Coordination of internal training
- Monitoring of QSE indicators
Your profile
- Experience in site safety and quality in the construction sector
- Mastery of safety legislation
- Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driving licence required (travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland)
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Fluency in French, German is a plus
