At Walenbach Primary School we are looking from 17 August 2026 for a
Civil Service Volunteer at 100%
Employment level: 100% with a 42-hour week
Duration of assignment: at least 6 months, preferably 1 year

- enjoys accompanying children aged 4 - 12 on their life journey
- is willing to support teachers in school situations that require intensive care, such as the integration of special needs pupils with physical, mental and social deficits
- takes responsibility, for example in individual support of pupils who need to catch up or who require specific support
- supervises pupil groups and individual pupils before, during and after school hours and also supports in the day structures (lunch table) and in the after-school care
- takes on small administrative tasks for teachers or school management if required
- sees themselves as part of a team and places great value on collaboration
- approaches other people openly and appreciatively and is a team player
