For our client, an internationally oriented Swiss SME in the field of tool and mold making, we are looking for
Polymechanic – Quality Technician
Activities
- Creating measurement programs on coordinate measuring machines
- Planning and conducting measurement system analyses (MSA) as well as machine and process capability studies (cmk & cpk)
- Creating initial sample inspection reports (ISIR), Production-Part-Approval-Process (PPAP) as well as validation documents
- Creating and managing test protocols, limit sample catalogs, and work instructions in the CAQ system
- Assisting with measuring equipment monitoring
- Assisting with series testing and monitoring
- Assisting with handling customer complaints and internal error reports
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
- Further training as a quality technician or test planner is an advantage
- Experience with quality techniques as well as knowledge in the automotive sector IATF 16949
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills
