Commercial Employee Billing & Mutations (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Manual entry of meter data
- Preparation of reading tours and reading in the recorded meter data
- Validation of reading data before each billing run
- Processing of mutation reports and billing orders
- Coordination with internal interfaces for problem solving and complaint handling
- Checking the completeness of readings before each billing run and requesting missing data
- Carrying out billing runs according to annual planning
- Various quality controls and follow-ups
- General administrative tasks
Your Qualities
- You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ, ideally with further education or several years of professional experience
- You bring experience in handling complaints and mutations
- Basic knowledge of energy consumption in households is an advantage
- You also have very good German skills as well as good French skills
- Thanks to your assertiveness as well as customer and service orientation, you are able to find good solutions and build a professional customer relationship
- Precise work, affinity for numbers, and a structured way of working are important prerequisites
