- Implementation of nursing measures focusing on the safety and well-being of residents
- Careful documentation of nursing and technical activities
- Function as a contact person in emergencies for doctors, hospital, and relatives
- Accompanying and supporting residents and their relatives in everyday life
- Ensuring care quality by adhering to instructions and guidelines
