These are your tasks
- Develop and further develop product group and procurement strategies
- Develop multi-year procurement plans and translate them into tendering and awarding strategies
- Support demand carriers in complex procurement projects under public procurement law (IVöB)
- Build and manage supplier management with performance evaluation, risk assessment, and development measures
- Anchor sustainability criteria in purchasing and implement supplier evaluations including EcoVadis and risk assessment
- Ensure transparency and compliance along the supply chain and anchor sustainable procurement
What sets you apart
- Commercial basic training or comparable background with further education in purchasing or business administration (HF/FH or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally with responsibility for indirect product groups and complex procurement projects
- Very good knowledge of public procurement law IVöB as well as demanding awarding processes
- Strong interest in sustainable procurement and the ability to effectively anchor sustainability requirements in purchasing
- Experience in project management with high methodological competence
- Structured, independent, and proactive working style with negotiation skills and assertiveness
