Your tasks
- Organization, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits
- Operational processing and initial assessment of feedback, complaints, and CIRS reports
- Maintenance, updating, and user support in the IMS (process and document management)
- Organization and execution of quality measurements, surveys, and data evaluations
- Support of specialist and department management in process recordings, optimizations, and KVP projects
- Training of employees in the use of QM tools and methods; participation in QM projects; preparation of evaluations, reports, and presentations
- Support of QM management in the further development of the quality management system
Your profile
- Successfully completed training in a health profession (e.g., nursing, medicine, psychology, or comparable field)
- Several years of professional experience in a clinical environment with in-depth understanding of interdisciplinary processes, patient processes, and interface management
- Successfully completed additional training in quality management or several years of responsible activity in quality management of a health institution
- High team spirit and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration; pronounced consulting competence
- Analytical, structured, and pragmatic personality with high initiative
