How does the pool work?
- The SMZO pool by Careanesth aims to bring together freedoms in individual life design with the need for skilled personnel in Spitex.
- Your work offer: At the beginning, you choose at least three deployment areas in which you want to work. You enter the days and shifts you can take on the Careanesth online platform.
- The demand: The locations book you directly based on your availability and customer assignments. They can also request you for additional assignments, which you may accept or decline.
- The more availability you provide, the more you will be booked.
- Payment is hourly and is calculated directly by Careanesth based on the assignments performed.

Your qualification
- Degree as a certified nurse (FH, HF, AKP, DN II) or nurse (FaGe, DN I, FA SRK, MPA)
- German language diploma B2 or willingness to obtain it within 2 years
- Own car
- Resilient

- Independent
