Your contribution 🚀
- Content creation: You create compelling content for our B2C and B2B target groups (students, young professionals & training companies) and ensure a consistent brand story.
- Campaign management: You plan, execute, and optimise social media ads (mainly TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn).
- Strategy & analysis: You evaluate campaigns, draw the right learnings from KPIs, and support the further development of our social media strategy.
- Client consulting: You advise our clients (training companies) on implementing their social media measures and ensure their success.
- Interface: You work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to make the "perfect match" digitally visible.
Your skills and experience 🧠
- Social native: You are at home in the social media world, recognise trends before they become mainstream, and know exactly which content works on which platform.
- Digital marketing skills: You have experience with ad managers and basic SEO. Ideally, you are also familiar with tools like HubSpot.
- Strong communication: Your German is confident and error-free. You can package complex topics appropriately for the target audience (from Gen Z to HR management).
- Doer mentality: You work independently, efficiently, and keep an overview even in intense phases.
- Education: You have a completed degree or solid training with relevant further education in marketing/communication.
