From our SPITEX centre in Grosshöchstetten, we care for and support our clients in 18 municipalities in the region with great commitment, motivation and expertise.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to start immediately or by arrangement, who will help shape our personnel processes with foresight, organisational talent and passion.
HR Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%, Member of the Executive Board
Your tasks – diverse and practical
In this central role, you will independently manage the entire personnel administration and be responsible for the following processes:
• Complete HR administration from entry to exit including work references and maintenance of personnel data
• Independent execution of payroll processing including calculation, control and reconciliation of all payroll-relevant figures
• Cooperation with social insurance and authorities, declarations
• Handling absence management and reporting of sickness and accidents
• Support in budget planning in the HR area
• Recruitment of new employees including onboarding
• Management of the key and locking system
• Close cooperation with the finance managers
• Active participation in the executive board
Your profile – structured, responsible and open
You bring the necessary expertise – and a holistic view:
• Completed commercial training with further education in Human Resources
• Several years of experience in a comparable HR function
• Ideally knowledge of the healthcare sector
• Affinity for technology and strong interest in implementing digital HR solutions
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and common ERP solutions
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to proactively tackle challenges and develop sustainable solutions
• Knowledge in the financial sector
• Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration and openness to change
