- The Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Service ensures the application of federal legislation concerning debt enforcement and bankruptcy. It coordinates the activities of the debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices, manages the procedures within each of these areas, and ensures the implementation of enforcement measures provided by the legislation. Through its actions, the service guarantees uniform application of the law, contributes to the security of economic relations, and delivers efficient services to the public, businesses, and authorities.
As head of the service, you define strategic directions and lead a multidisciplinary team of 70 people.

In a developing field, you lead the necessary modernisation projects to develop services. In particular, you will implement the new procedure for the cancellation of remaining debts and support the service’s transformations, respecting the principles of legality, efficiency, and quality of public services.
Holding a university master’s degree or equivalent qualification, you have at least five years of experience in a managerial role and a strong interest in the field of DEBA.
