Mechanic (3-shift) m/f/d 100%
In this versatile position, you are responsible for the professional maintenance of our cigarette production lines and independently carry out necessary maintenance and repair work.
Your main tasks
- Ensuring smooth operation of the assigned production equipment
- Leading the respective machine group while adhering to the specified targets
- Responsible for compliance with production management and quality requirements
- Performing maintenance, service, and repair work including preventive maintenance
- Assisting with projects in the machine hall as well as developing solutions to improve machine performance
- Co-responsible for training and supporting employees at the equipment
Your qualifications and professional experience
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechanic (polytechnic, machine, automotive, or agricultural mechanic) or automation technician
- Professional experience in production technology and/or operational maintenance
- Experience in process control and automation; knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage
- Good German language skills in speaking and writing; spoken English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work in shift operation is required (rotating early shift from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, late shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, and night shift from 10:30 pm to 5:30 am)
