Your tasks
- Handling demanding administrative tasks in the area of supplementary benefits AHV/IV and social insurances
- Checking and controlling entitlement claims
- Processing objections, remission requests and estate recoveries
- Billing of illness and disability costs
- Personal and telephone advice for entitled persons
- Confident and efficient handling of both demanding cases and administrative routine tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial training; professional experience in the public sector
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance or supplementary benefits law or willingness to train as a social insurance specialist
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office skills
- Experience with Zuscalc, ZL Pro and Axioma is an advantage
