About the job
Your missions- Supervise and organize the teams in the "Goods Receipt" and "Pick & Pack" areas to achieve the defined objectives. Verify the optimization of load/capacity.
- Propose continuous improvements and develop our tools and processes to gain efficiency.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and respect of deadlines in logistics flows, especially managing urgent orders from our customers.
- Use our management tools effectively and appropriately, especially SAP.
- Ensure coordination with internal and external partners and follow up on ongoing projects within the department.
- Manage inventories and ensure the application of quality procedures (SMQM).
Your profile
- Proven experience in logistics and team management (15 people)
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement processes (Lean, 5S....)
- Organizational skills, proficiency in IT tools (SAP).
- Experience in implementing logistics projects (location management, ergonomics, process improvement ...).
- Fluent in French and English.
