About the job
Are you looking for an exciting and practical entry opportunity into asset management after your studies? Are you interested in combining analytical thinking with practical implementation and taking responsibility for operational processes? Then, as a trainee in asset management, you can gain a broad insight into the diverse tasks of investment business as well as general banking within 18 months.
What you will enthusiastically do
- You will learn the core processes of portfolio implementation and gradually take on independent tasks
- You will operate the asset management systems in daily business and learn how to maintain data correctly and clarify questions independently
- You will complete targeted rotations in other asset management teams to build specialised knowledge which you will apply in practice
- You will contribute to the creation and quality assurance of reports and increasingly take on personal responsibility
- You will familiarise yourself with topics such as data quality, process optimisation and IBOR and gradually secure processes independently
What you bring with you
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject or in economics/finance with a quantitative focus
- You think analytically and like to approach problems in a structured and data-driven way
- You show interest in financial markets and investment processes (initial experience is a plus)
- You speak German and English very well
- You are curious, eager to learn and want to familiarise yourself with complex systems and processes
