Your new role
In this versatile position, you support the service group management of the St.Gallen Professional Fire Brigade in administrative matters and contribute to a smooth fire service operation. You maintain and manage personnel data and assist with shift, personnel, and weekly planning as well as course administration. Additionally, you check invoices and keep minutes. General administrative tasks complete the range of duties.
This position is for you if
- You have a commercial education or equivalent qualification and experience in administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.
- You can communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing, with various stakeholders.
- You possess very good IT user skills (standard and specialised applications).
- You have an interest in the fire service environment.
