- Manage pension beneficiaries, including monitoring benefit cases.

- Completed commercial training or equivalent; experience in occupational pension.
- Responsible, independent, and accurate working style; strong numerical skills.
- Excellent German and good spoken French; service-oriented personality.

About the job
- Independent handling of all business cases for active insured persons such as entries and exits, mutations, home ownership, divorces, and benefit payments
- Management of pension recipients such as processing and monitoring benefit cases of old age, disability, and death
- Written and telephone advice and support for the insured as well as contact with external and internal offices and authorities
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
- Professional experience in the field of occupational pension provision
- Responsible, independent, and precise working style as well as confident handling of numbers
- Very good German skills and good spoken French skills
- Committed and service-oriented personality
- A versatile and demanding activity in a small, well-coordinated team
- Careful and gradual introduction to the area of activity
- A centrally located and train station-close workplace in the city of Bern
