The Stiftung Alterssiedlung Grenchen operates the two retirement centres Am Weinberg and Kastels with a total of 173 residents and employs around 270 staff.

In our retirement centres, we create a familial and appreciative home for older people. We promote their independence and enable them to live their lives as autonomously as possible in old age. At the same time, we offer a safe, age-appropriate environment in which our residents feel comfortable and well cared for.

Nursing Professionals HF/FH/FaGe EFZ

for the day shift (part-time possible)

You enjoy working with older people. With empathy, patience and commitment, you master the daily challenges of long-term care. Thanks to your expertise and experience, you ensure professional, individual and needs-oriented care and support for our residents.

Your profile

• Experience in inpatient long-term care 
• Open, appreciative and constructive personality 
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written 
• High initiative and sense of responsibility 
• Understanding and empathy for the needs of older people 
• Knowledge of the RAI/RUG system is an advantage
