We are looking for a team member starting May 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Your area of responsibility
- Administrative processing of building applications (opening, confirmation of receipt, publications, dispatch, archiving, billing, etc.)
- Clarifications and coordination with external municipal and cantonal specialist offices
- Processing of sewer and elevator permits
- Updating housing surveys / land register
- Counter and telephone service
Your profile
- Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in public administration or an architecture/engineering office
- Service-oriented and resilient personality with strong organizational skills and enjoyment in contact with authorities, offices, builders, architects, and residents
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with gemdat and eBaugesucheZH is an advantage
- Independent, efficient, and precise working style as well as networked thinking
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing
