Your Tasks
- Educational support of adolescent patients within the framework of acute psychiatric treatment for all psychiatric conditions
- Treatment/care of adolescents who come for therapy
- Supervising and supporting adolescents in the milieu-therapeutic oriented setting
- Designing the daily structure and leisure activities
- Collaboration with families and networks
- Participation in interprofessional collaboration on multimodal treatment and the development of follow-up solutions
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Social Work FH, Social Pedagogy HF or an equivalent qualification
- Willingness to work afternoon and evening hours as well as weekend shifts
- Enjoyment in working with adolescents and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability for consistent educational action, resource-oriented work, and good communication skills
- Flexible and humorous personality with patience and empathy
