Neuve group located in Cugy (VD), where a particular emphasis is placed on social integration, we are looking for a:
Educator ES or HES at 90% or to be agreed
The Position:

Work within an educational team composed of people with different training backgrounds.

Support daily, including weekends according to a rotation, 6 beneficiaries individually and collectively, in order to provide them with comfort and quality of life.

Provide delegated medico-technical care related to the level of training, under the responsibility of a nurse.

Participate in the preparation and realization of meals and the maintenance of the living space in general.

Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of educational projects and therapeutic programs for the beneficiaries.

Organize leisure activities, outings, camps, and outdoor activities with the beneficiaries.

Participate in educational conferences and intersectoral networks.

Collaborate with families, legal representatives, specialists, and various partners.

Manage administrative tasks related to the beneficiaries and the educational team.
The Profile:

ES or HES diploma in social education.

Have a heart to enrich the support of beneficiaries through the diversity and complementarity of backgrounds.

Interest in multiple disabilities or disabilities in general.

Ease in teamwork, organization and reliability, autonomy.

Good knowledge of computers.

Driving license, a plus.
