Tasks
- Provide psychosocial support to employees addressing various issues.
- Manage ongoing cases and case management processes effectively.
- Support regional and team leaders as needed across locations.
Skills
- Degree in social work, psychology, or related fields required.
- Extensive experience in counseling and psychosocial support.
- Fluent in German; proficient in English and knowledge of French is a plus.

- Degree (BSc/MSc - University or University of Applied Sciences) in Social Work, Psychology, or related humanities
- Broad, several years of counseling experience
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance issues / case management is an advantage
- Additional training in mediation or coaching/supervision (working with groups) is desirable
- Language skills: Fluent in German; business fluent in English, French knowledge is a plus
