Head of Purchasing and Sales, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• About 60% of your activity focuses on building close and long-term customer relationships, preparing offers, and managing sales and marketing
• The remaining 40% involves purchasing, supplier management, and assortment design
• You lead a small team and maintain close contact with producers, nurseries, as well as national and international suppliers
• You also conduct negotiations and share responsibility for pricing and calculations
• Optimising logistics processes, ensuring delivery quality, and supporting company development complete your demanding range of tasks
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a horticultural technician, agronomist, landscape architect, landscape gardener / gardener in gardening and landscaping, nursery specialist, florist, or comparable (m/f/d)
• You also bring very good plant knowledge and have gained experience in an office environment
• Willingness for occasional travel is desired
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured working method make your exciting workday easier
• Do you also describe yourself as customer-oriented, entrepreneurial, and skilled in negotiation?
