For our gerontopsychiatric department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a personality with expertise, humour and genuine interest in people.

In autumn 2026, we will expand our existing gerontopsychiatry department in the new building at the Baden site and specifically extend the care of people with mental illnesses in old age. You can expect a committed team where you can purposefully contribute your professional competence, experience and personality in everyday nursing. We look forward to meeting you.

The Regional Nursing Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional nursing and care in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new retirement apartments.

How you will support us:

• You ensure the nursing and care of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care.
• In addition to nursing activities, you also perform medical-technical measures.
• You take on the daily responsibility.
• You carefully maintain the nursing documentation and ensure a smooth handover to the team.

How you can convince us:

• You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• You enjoy working with older people with mental health challenges.
• You approach people with patience, openness and respect.
• You are willing to take unusual paths.
