The Customer Consulting department is an important and central specialist office for advising residents and their relatives on issues related to living and life in a senior center. As of September 1, 2025, or by agreement, we are looking for a committed personality to lead this department.

Your Tasks

Responsible for the smooth entry, transfer, and exit process in the senior centers

Accountable for the implementation and further development of customer consulting processes in the senior centers

Competent contact person for residents and third parties on various concerns (e.g., clarification of social insurance claims)

Coordination of internal processes (in connection with entry and exit processes) in the senior centers, considering the economic aspects and concerns of various referrers

Professional and personnel management of customer consultants

Your Profile

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Social Worker (HF, CAS, or similar)

Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and social insurances

Several years of professional experience in the field as well as initial leadership experience

Strong customer and service orientation as well as high resilience

Very good oral and written German skills, additional languages are an advantage

Proficient use of IT tools (MS Office, careCoach, Lobos, etc.)
