For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a competent specialist in Technical Management.

Your main tasks are:

• Management of construction sites in the area of new construction and renovation with personal responsibility
• Work preparation (AVOR)
• Monitoring of construction execution
• Disposition of employees, machines, and materials
• Deadline monitoring and compliance
• Cost and quality controls
• Preparation of invoices
• Calculations and follow-up calculations
• Collaboration in a team of entrepreneurial-minded construction managers
• Organization of processes - technically competent, organizationally skilled, economically thought out

You should bring:

• Completed training as a construction manager, certified master builder, or civil engineer FH
• Solid construction technical and business knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in the new construction and renovation sector
• High initiative and independent working style
• Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Solution-oriented, structured, and team-oriented thinking
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally with BauBit
• Willingness for personal and professional development
• Friendly demeanor, respectful manners, and strong communication skills
