- Educational and care support for adults with cognitive and physical disabilities in collaboration with the living group team
- Support in daily activities with a focus on living and leisure
- Management of the group household in collaboration with the clients
- Writing care documentation and general written materials
- Responsibility for organizational and administrative tasks as a contact person
- Planning, development, implementation, and reflection of individual
Your profile
- Completed training as a social educator, care professional EFZ or comparable training
- Solid professional experience and joy in working in the diverse care everyday life with
- Reliable, flexible, pragmatic, and stable personality
- Joy and motivation for teamwork and support of the group management
- Organizational, administrative, and planning skills as well as good IT user knowledge
- Willingness to work in split shifts and work assignments on weekends as well as
- Interest in further training and education
- Driving license B and willingness for passenger transport
