- You are responsible for the training of our apprentice gardeners EFZ Production
- You take care of indoor greening and overwintering plants
- You support other specialist areas of the nursery as needed
- You are the contact person for various customers
- You have a qualification as an ornamental plant gardener EFZ
- You can demonstrate further training as a vocational trainer or are interested in completing one.
- You do your job with passion
- You not only have a passion for plants but also for planning and organization and have basic PC application skills
