Starting August 1, 2026, we are offering an apprenticeship as
In the middle of a lively school building, you will prepare fresh and balanced menus for around 300 students together with us every day. Our state-of-the-art kitchen, the well-coordinated team, and our focus on sustainability and regionality provide you with the ideal place for your training. During your apprenticeship, you will look beyond the plate: You will also visit a farm, a butcher shop, or learn from a fishmonger how to process fish professionally.
And the best part: Your working hours are from Monday to Friday (during the day), without fixed evening or weekend shifts.
