About the job
Your Tasks
- Reception and care of patients in our emergency practice/practice centre with responsibility for smooth reception and admission of our patients
- General administrative tasks including case openings
- Ensuring the organisational, administrative and coordinative activities of the reception
- Providing telephone information
- Close collaboration within the administrative team
- Support in the emergency practice team with the execution of laboratory tests (blood sampling) and medical-technical procedures (performing ECGs, applying bandages, orthoses and plaster splints, administering medication and infusions)
Your Profile
- Training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist and preferably experience in an emergency practice
- Proficient IT skills and adeptness in handling medical-technical devices
- Friendly, service-oriented and solution-focused personality
- Good German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Organisational talent, flexibility and motivation
- Independent, professional and responsible working style
