Construction Manager General Contracting 80-100%

We are looking for an experienced construction manager at the Sursee location who shares our ambitions and visions in the construction sector and plays a key role with customers, planners, authorities, contractors, and suppliers.

Your area of responsibility

• You negotiate with customers, authorities, planners, and subcontractors/suppliers
• You lead demanding construction projects and sites and implement them independently.
• You carefully prepare the realization phase – from cost estimation according to NPK, through tenders, to awarding contracts.
• You take responsibility for quality, cost, and schedule management
• You manage the contractors and continuously prepare the measurements and billing

Your profile

• You have training as a structural draftsman, carpenter, joiner, or in a comparable profession
• Additionally, you have completed further training as a federally certified construction manager, technician HF, or equivalent education
• You have the necessary professional experience, ideally in a general contractor/subcontractor company or with a full-service provider.
• Resilience and entrepreneurial thinking characterize you.
• Negotiation skills are among your strengths, and you always strive for a handover of the work with the highest quality.
