Polymechanic – Quality Assurance
Activities
- Checking sheet metal parts according to drawing specifications for dimensional accuracy, shape, and positional tolerances
- Inspection of welding and assembly units for completeness, function, and appearance
- Incoming goods inspections of processed or coated components as well as standard parts
- Recording feedback in the ERP system and performing inventory bookings
- Conducting initial sampling and final inspections
- Creating and documenting deviation reports
Requirements
- Basic training as a polymechanic or equivalent
- Further training in quality assurance is an advantage
- Experience in quality inspection
- Very careful, independent working style and high quality awareness
- MS Office skills and good German language skills
