Your mission

• Support for all legal, organizational, and administrative questions for national and international clients
• Provide legal advice on corporate law, tax law, labor law, and contract law
• Monitor our professional liability and cyber risk insurance policies in collaboration with the QRM manager
• Follow up on litigation and risk mandates, coordinating with external lawyers (and our insurers) in collaboration with the QRM manager
• Monitor and analyze various contracts (inventory)
• Create and update legal documentation (templates)
• Assist our finance department in bankruptcy and insolvency procedures
• Management of "Master services agreements" and "General Terms & Conditions and Engagement Letter"
• Contact person for "EU GDPR" and "Swiss LDP" topics

Your profile

• You have solid professional experience as a lawyer/legal counsel or in a similar position (minimum 3 years)
• You hold a Master's degree in Law and/or a Bar exam
• You possess strong legal knowledge
• You have excellent knowledge of English, French, and German
• You are proficient in common computer tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility and dynamism
• You have good adaptability and are solution-oriented
