Your mission
- Support for all legal, organizational, and administrative questions for national and international clients
- Provide legal advice on corporate law, tax law, labor law, and contract law
- Monitor our professional liability and cyber risk insurance policies in collaboration with the QRM manager
- Follow up on litigation and risk mandates, coordinating with external lawyers (and our insurers) in collaboration with the QRM manager
- Monitor and analyze various contracts (inventory)
- Create and update legal documentation (templates)
- Assist our finance department in bankruptcy and insolvency procedures
- Management of "Master services agreements" and "General Terms & Conditions and Engagement Letter"
- Contact person for "EU GDPR" and "Swiss LDP" topics
Your profile
- You have solid professional experience as a lawyer/legal counsel or in a similar position (minimum 3 years)
- You hold a Master's degree in Law and/or a Bar exam
- You possess strong legal knowledge
- You have excellent knowledge of English, French, and German
- You are proficient in common computer tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility and dynamism
- You have good adaptability and are solution-oriented
