What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a Specialist in Patient and Service Management for an exciting environment in healthcare. You are the link between administration and the clinic, ensuring that all processes related to patient stays run smoothly. You not only take on operational responsibility in day-to-day business but also actively shape the future: you analyse existing procedures, develop them further, and bring in fresh ideas. Together with your team, you ensure that everything runs perfectly from admission through service recording to billing.

Specifically, you can expect the following tasks:

• Ensuring smooth daily operations in close collaboration with your team

• Independent handling of case openings, changes, and pending issues

• Maintenance and quality assurance of all relevant master data

• Professional contact person for colleagues on all questions regarding case management

• Active participation in process optimisation and further development of the department

• Support in the correct and timely invoicing of all services

• Supervision and support of trainees

• Involvement in exciting projects where you can contribute your expertise

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a committed individual with commercial training or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring experience in patient administration or a similar field. Knowledge of healthcare and the Swiss tariff system is advantageous but not mandatory.
