Property Manager 100% (a) 100%- Responsible for a professional and flawless operation of the multipurpose arena regarding cleaning services and outdoor area maintenance
- Administrative tasks including budget responsibility
- Personnel management of the core team consisting of two directly reporting employees as well as up to 30 directly reporting event cleaners
- Work deployment planning of event cleaners in the interior and exterior areas of the stadium on match days of the ZSC Lions and other events
- Conducting internal quality controls, responsible for continuous process optimisation and implementation of ISS standards
- Active support of the management team in additional mandates during the off-season (May to August)
- Garden maintenance and winter service
- Completed basic training in cleaning, caretaking, gastronomy or hotel management; further education in facility management, commercial field and/or event management
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience (including leadership and planning of employees)
- Willingness to regularly work evening and weekend shifts for approximately 50 events per year
- Very good German skills and knowledge of Spanish or Italian are advantageous
- MS Office user skills
- Driving licence category B1
