• You accompany and support people with different needs in their cleaning routine
• You ensure that our premises in Winterthur are clean and well-maintained – and this at several locations
• You enable personal development
• You take on administrative tasks

• Because you have completed training as a building cleaner EFZ or equivalent education or further training
• Because you have an interest in work pedagogy and vocational training activities
• Because you enjoy working with people with different needs
• Because you are dynamic, a team player, service-oriented, and bring a high level of social competence
• Because you value cleanliness, accuracy, and high standards – and hygiene is more than just a word to you.
• Because you find communication easy and have very good German skills in speaking and writing.
