About the job
- Primarily advise national and also international real estate investors on tax aspects of all investment phases: buying, holding, selling
- You enjoy personally advising our diverse clientele such as (publicly listed) real estate companies, real estate funds, pension institutions, banks, insurance companies, non-profit organisations and private individuals.
- In personal discussions with clients, you recognise true added value, respond to their needs and develop the best possible solutions in a team based on your experience and fresh ideas
- Besides transaction advice, you are interested in structuring, reorganisations, restructurings, financing, legal remedies and implementing the latest case law and compliance requirements in ongoing mandates
- You find cross-departmental collaboration with specialists from other KPMG divisions a real enrichment
- As part of the Real Estate Tax focus group, you promote internal nationwide knowledge exchange, participate in discussions in a relaxed environment and help the team develop new consulting approaches and solutions
- You are part of a strong international network and contribute to it on a project basis
- Knowing the latest developments and sharing your knowledge: thought leadership is important to you
- Contributing to publications, training, presentations, depending on what you enjoy
- Completed Bachelor or Master degree, a legal education is an advantage but not mandatory
- In training or already completed training as a certified Swiss tax expert or alternatively several years of experience in the field of real estate taxes
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Swiss tax law, preferably in consulting with a flair for numbers
- You are a team player and gladly support our emerging talents with your cooperative and motivating manner
- Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with other KPMG specialists
- Fluent German and English skills, additional French skills are an advantage
- Positive, precise analytical, flexible thinking and solution-oriented personality
