• Further development and implementation of the HR strategy in collaboration with management and administration
• Professional leadership and development of the HR team
• Ensuring and optimizing efficient HR processes
• Compliance with labor and social security law requirements
• Responsibility for HR controlling and personnel deployment planning (PEP)
• Management of recruitment, personnel development, and occupational health management
• Further development and assurance of QM processes
• Collaboration and coordination with external partners (e.g., insurance companies, authorities)

• Completed basic training with further education in the HR field
• HR specialist with a federal certificate or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Additional training in HR management, leadership, labor law, or payroll (e.g., CAS) is desirable
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR function
• First leadership experience in a smaller team is an advantage
