Your tasks:
Leading and organizing a station with 19 residents, 9 employees, and 5 trainees Further development of the team and the specialist area as well as collaboration in the innovative management team
Direct contact with residents and staff in care and support Good contact with relatives and doctors Interdisciplinary collaboration with daily activities, physiotherapy, etc. RAI-NH coordinator or supervisor, administrative tasks, implementation of care guidelines, etc.
What you bring:
Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or equivalent training/recognition
Several years of leadership experience in long-term care Appreciative interaction with older people and their relatives Motivating and resource-oriented leadership style High organizational and communication skills High social competence, flexibility, and sense of responsibility Very good PC user skills (MS-Office), LOBOS and PEP are an advantage Very good German language skills, both spoken and written If you want to pull together with us, you are exactly right with us!
