The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our Women's Clinic we are looking for a Nursing Specialist HF from January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Independent planning, design, and documentation of nursing care
Care, monitoring, and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures for our patients in the maternity ward and the gynecological ward
Support and supervision of trainees and students
Ensuring nursing quality standards and guidelines

Your Profile

Training as a Nursing Specialist HF or FH
High professional and social competence
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and openness to future-oriented changes
