Architectural draughtswoman / building draughtswoman, 80-100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• You actively participate in all project phases in the areas of residential construction and monument preservation
• You carry out smaller project management tasks with support and attend construction sites for planner meetings
• You complete project and execution planning as well as detailed drawings
• You also perform calculations (key figures, dimension extracts)
• You work closely with specialist engineers and contractors
• You also support administration and, if interested, take on IT tasks
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• Do you have a completed training as an architectural draughtswoman / draughtsman or building draughtswoman / draughtsman?
• Professional experience in execution planning of medium-sized projects is an advantage but not mandatory
• Do you have CAD 3D skills? Ideally with ArchiCAD?
• Do you consider yourself interested, thoughtful and conscientious?
