Dispatcher in Mechanical Engineering 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a dispatcher in mechanical engineering who plans and coordinates the service technicians. You are responsible for scheduling service, maintenance, and repair assignments and act as the central contact person for customers and service technicians. The administrative processing of service orders in the ERP system is also part of your duties, as is finding solutions when last-minute rescheduling is necessary. You share responsibility for a smooth service process.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a basic mechanical or technical education and enjoy contact with customers and technicians. As an organisational talent, you work in a structured manner and keep a cool head even when several things happen simultaneously. Experience with PCs and ERP systems completes your profile.
