Project Manager Building Envelope / Roofer 50/50%, m/f/d)

Tasks

• In this varied role, you will work 50% in the office and 50% on the construction site
• You will check enquiries, plans and tenders in the area of BKP 222 / BKP 224
• You are also responsible for preparing offers and drafting addenda and bases for invoicing
• You take over deployment planning and coordinate materials, appointments and construction site processes
• In addition, you actively assist on the construction site and help with efficient work execution

Requirements

• You have completed training as a roofer, concrete worker or tinsmith (m/f/d) - or a similar qualification combined with strong practical experience
• You also bring experience in the field of building envelope, flat roof and/or tinsmithing
• It is important that you hold a category B driving licence
